I love seeing children grow over the years! I had already photographed Yaelle in 2013 at the National Library in Paris. Three years later, her mother booked a new child photo shoot. She wanted to have new portraits of her daughter and make Yaelle’s portfolio to showcase to model agencies in Paris.
I sent Yaelle’s mom a list of unusual highlights in Paris that I love. Then we decided to have the child photo shoot in that lovely Crémieux street few blocks away from Paris Lyon Train Station: colorful walls, flowers, oleanders, bicycles… . Some people will tell you that this street looks like Mews cottages or Portobello Road in London. There are a lot of cute and traffic-free places like this one Paris I adore as a family and child photographer. And this spot is one of the best place for a photo shoot in Paris.
Karine, Yaelle’s mom, came with several outfits for the photo shoot of her daughter. I loved this so we can alternate different styles.
Yaelle was a little shy at the beginning but once she had the sunglasses in her hands, she started to play like a mini miss in her perfecto jacket and black tight pants. I had a lot of fun during this mixed kid photo shoot.
