It is almost 9 am. I’m on the platform at Saint Lazare and I’m waiting for my metro, line 13 (the ‘worst’ of worst of the RATP network lines). As usual, traffic is down and I play Candy Crush on my iphone. At this moment I get a Précillia’s message who confirms the birth package.
A few days earlier, I received a mail from her who said she has been following me for a few years already on Facebook and Instagram. Since the lovely shoot with baby Taïna actually. She wanted to have a newborn session with me the day she would become a mother. And that was the moment! She was expecting a baby girl early 2017.
We met early December for the pregnancy shoot. I wanted a wild place with reeds. We choose the Park of the Impressionists. It was very cold this morning, but they were brave. They did not hesitate to take off their warm jackets and pose in the cold for 2 hours. A few weeks later, the tiny Lyssandra was borned.
