Jackie and Chris are from Houston (Texas – USA). This year they came over to Paris to celebrate their 28th wedding anniversary and wanted a photo shoot at the Eiffel Tower as a lifetime memory. They travel to a new destination every year for this occasion. At home in the US, they regularly hire a photographer for their annual family session, newborn sessions … Jackie told me that they are very concerned about keeping those memories. They are the dream customer for a photographer.
We met up late in the afternoon close to the Eiffel Tower. Weather should have been better at this time of the year but we have been under showers and flood for a few days. Not only weather wasn’t so beautiful but the whole location is attending soccer fans for the Euro. You couldn’t miss this « lovely » and big soccer ball hanging between the 1st and 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. But you will not see it on my pictures (Photoshop is my friend)
It was a real pleasure to photograph these two! Wedding anniversary or not, they are so much in loveThey look like 2 teenagers spent their time teasing themselves. . You can easily feel it in the picures, can’t you ?. The surrounding becomes out of focus and what we see is them as a couple. Actually, Chris wrote something on his Facebook about one of the photo:
“This picture depicts the way I feel about her, the rest of the world goes out of focus and all I see is her!”
Then we moved to the Trocadero for some pictures with the Eiffel Tower in the background and ended at the Coq Café with a glass of red wine. The few previews they shared on their Facebook have been so much liked and commented. Here are some comments that reflect Jackie and Chris:
